Crust

  1. Combine crumbs, sugar, and margarine into bottom of springform pan.
  2. Bake at 350deg for 10min

Filling

  1. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Mix until well blended
  2. Add eggs, one at a time until well blended.
  3. Reserve 1c of batter and blend in melted chocolate into reserved portion
  4. Pour into baked crust
  5. Marble by pouring alternated layer of batter/chocolate batter. Drag knife through batter layers. Be careful not to puncture the crust.
  6. Bake at 450deg for 10 min
  7. Reduce oven temp to 250deg, bake for 30 more min
  8. Loosen cake after baking and serve chilled
